Job Description
    • Drive sales by securing business from existing customers and developing new customer relationships.
    • Present and sell Mitsubishi Electric FA software Project and solutions, including SCADA, ERP systems,
    • Deliver tailored solutions from our product range to meet customer needs.

Job Description

    Responsible for establishment implementation, maintaining of this procedure and confirming business needs for subordinates requesting access to information Responsible to support, implement, ensure and maintain ISO20000/ITIL (IT Service Management) quality of services and perform all IT/Non-IT activities to meet MELCO ISM policy requirement.     Over view
        Provide sales activities and collaborate with engineering team, distributors and in/external department for FA products (PLC, Inverter, Servo, GOT, Motion Control, Robot etc.) and Provide automation applications or solution to customer or distributor as business to business.
    Key Accountabilities :

Job Description


    • Facilitate the technology transfer from headquarters and other countries to MELFT and customers.
    • Provide full technical support (including Japanese, Thai, and other nationalities) to expand business with the company’s strategic direction while ensuring customer satisfaction to create customer experience.


    Global Technical Support team assignment
    1) Facilitate and assist in any training or knowledge transfer process from headquarters and other countries.
    2) Lead assigned projects to create use-cases of new-products/solutions to effectively attain company goals.
    3) Collaborate with all departments and headquarters to resolve technical issues faced by Japanese and non-Thai customers.
    4) Collaborate with all departments and headquarters to handle issues and concerns on product quality and reliability.
    5) Continuously endeavor to enhance technical skill, including upcoming technologies and products.
    6) Gather and compile valuable insights from market and customers to share with the headquarters.
    7) Devise strategies and implement measures to enhance the technical proficiency of engineers.

    FA Technical Service Dept. assignment
    1) Collaborate with all departments and headquarters to resolve issues faced by Thai customers.
    2) Undertake responsibilities for the “FA Call Center” role.
    3) Provide on-site service as needed or assigned.

    • Bachelor degree in Electronics / Electrical / Automation Engineering or relate field.
    • Graduation background from Japan and/or Job experience in Japan is required.
    • 3-5 years in Automation or Electrical or Electronics or related field.
    • Experience in Servo drive applications or IoT applications is a plus.
    • Technical educational background (preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, System Engineering, or
    • Factory Automation / PLC or related fields).
    • Proficient in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Possess understanding of electrical/electronics circuits and programming.
    • Japanese Language Proficiency Test : N2 or above.
    • TOEIC score 700 points or above.
    • Be able to communication in Thai, Japanese and English language.

    Job scopes :

    To suggest solution and to promote spec-in activity to customers by all measures to increase Mitsubishi Electric market share.

    Part 1 : Promote activity to customers.

    • To visit customers as much as possible to collect customer's needs or requests to support and respond to them.
    • To make suggestion to solve or improve customer's problem or productivity by using Mitsubishi Electric FA Products.
    • To demonstrate new product information to customers with demo-units.
