METALEX ASEAN Community Connector, ASEAN's number one metallurgical machinery exhibition in 2022, will be held on 16 - 19 November 2022 from 10.00 - 18.00 at BITEC Bangna, booth BG01.
This time, Mitsubishi Electric joined the event. Ready to bring an army of solutions and sample kits to show at the grand event. For those entrepreneurs of industrial plants, both small and large to see the potential of Mitsubishi Electric's equipment and operating software as a solution for machining and metalworking solutions (including working in other ways comprehensively). It is powered by GENESIS64™ software solution of the future, focusing on Digitalization and Decarbonization, including four additional solutions and sample kits:
1. iQ Monozukuri "tool wear diagnosis for machine" for collecting IoT data in device analysis of the production system
2. MELSERVO J5 Soultion comes up with 2 useful solutions which is Predictive Maintenance and Synchronous Function .
3. GENESIS64TM , the SCADA software of the future, comes up with a Template for mange and control energy consumption, carbon emissions, real-time data analysis and bring analyzed data to make a dashboard.
4. The CNC Direct Robot Control function connects the robot to the controller, allowing the robot to move without the teaching box and easily manage data.
5. Simple IoT Solution, a demonstration of transmission, data storage and data backup. By using Simple CPU Communication, High speed data logger, MES Interface, Store Procedure function, and GOT Mobile.
