Job Description

    Job Purpose:
    To repair Drive units – MDS series.

    Major Accountabilities:

    1. Perform repairs on Drive units – MDS series as per specified standards.
    2. Investigate damaged Drive units – MDS series to identify root causes and implement solutions.
    3. Report repair statuses and outcomes to supervisors and team members.
Qualification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • Knowledge of principles and procedures for repairing Drive units – MDS series.
    • Proficiency in using tools and equipment for repairs.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Basic proficiency in the English language TOEIC 650.

Job Description

    Job Summary:
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the Automotive & EV industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
    • Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customized solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to guide sales strategies.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, generate reports, and meet or exceed sales KPIs.
    • Develop technical proposals, pricing models, and coordinate project concepts.

    Drive business growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities in the Automotive & EV sector. Build strong customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams for innovative solutions, and achieve sales targets to support the company's strategic goals.

Qualification

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • 3-5+ years of sales experience in the Automotive industry with a proven track record in new business development.
    • Strong technical understanding of factory automation products and solutions.
    • TOEIC score of 650+ or Japanese proficiency at N2 level preferred.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
