Simply send your unit to Mitsubishi Electric or an Authorized Dealer for inspection or repair, and you will receive a Special Discount on a new GOT2000 Series model or even the newer like GOT3000 Series.

Example Cases of Using the Privilege
Case 1: Sending a GOT-040 unit for repair
If you send a GOT-040 model for inspection/repair, you may choose to repair it for use as a spare part or choose not to repair it. And you will be able to use the right to purchase a new item comparable to their original GOT-040, up to the quantity of the items sent for inspection/repair.
Case 2: Sending a GOT2000 Series or older model for repair
You may repair the unit for use as a spare part or choose not to repair it. You are entitled to purchase a new unit of the same model you are currently using at a special price (except the GOT-040 model), or upgrade to a newer model, equal to the number of units they submit for inspection/repair.
Case 3: Requesting model comparison
You may request a model comparison to upgrade to a newer model and will be eligible to purchase the product at a special price equal to the number of units they request to compare. The special‑price products will be standard models in the GOT2000 and GOT3000 Series only.
Remarks
- ∎ Conditions for receiving the Special Discount apply only when the purchase is made directly from Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation (Thailand) or an official Authorized Dealer.
- ∎ The special price is applicable only for the same model or an upgraded model, in the same quantity as the units submitted for inspection or repair.
