This course is designed for those who are interested in studying or general users to learn the principles of data collection from PLC with High Speed Data Logger Module devices. Because the machines used in each production process will consist of various variables such as temperature, pressure, humidity or flow rate of liquid in the system, each variable must record data at a specified time in order to analyze the recorded data to be used as a guideline for planning work, such as production planning, product design planning or PM (Preventive Maintenance) planning for machines. These, by using High Speed Data Logger Module devices, will be able to meet the usage needs perfectly.
In this course, trainees will learn how to communicate in the Ethernet network system together with the use of Logging data storage function to record variable values with High Speed Data Logger Module devices, which can record data continuously or record data on a per-time basis or record data according to various conditions. These include the ability to display data stored on the memory card in the form of numerical data, statistical data or can also display data in various graphs. This is to make it easier and more convenient for users to analyze the results of the data.
