    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the electronic sectors(B2B).
    • Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
    • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.

คุณสมบัติ
    • 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the electronic industries.
    • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electronic products and technologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs.

    • Develop and design engineering solutions for HVAC, BMS/iBMS, CPMS/EPMS, Data Center, and Utility Systems, including Chilled Water, Compressed Air, and Water Systems.

    • Analyze customer requirements and define project scope based on TOR, Technical Specifications, P&ID, SLD, and other engineering documents.

คุณสมบัติ

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

    • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, BMS, Utility Systems, Industrial Automation, Data Center Infrastructure, or related engineering solutions.

    • Experience in Solution Design, Tender/Bidding, Proposal Preparation, Cost Estimation, or EPC projects.

    • Good knowledge of Utility & Facility Systems such as HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Compressed Air, and Water Systems.

    • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents such as P&ID, PFD, SLD, Layout, TOR, and Technical Specifications.

    • Experience in BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation, and Technical Proposal development.

    • Knowledge or experience in system integration such as DDC, PLC, SCADA, BMS, and Communication Protocols.

    • Experience in Project Coordination or Project Management is an advantage.

    • Experience in industrial plants, large facilities, or Data Center projects is preferred.

    • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Able to work on-site and travel when required.
