Basic System - Filling Machine

The conveyor stops to fill the bottles with material. After filling, the conveyor is operated again to transport the bottles.

Nozzles are synchronized with the travel of bottles, and the bottles are filled during transportation. Tact time can be reduced when filling is synchronized with the travel motion.
