Displays the production and operational status of equipment such as the equipment overall efficiency and number of production comprehensively.

The status of alarms on each function screen can be monitored at once, and transition to each function is possible to check the details

Production counting

Visualize the production information (number of production, number of non-defective products, etc.).

Today's production information and production information from past to present can be checked by product type and time zone.

Process capability index ^*1 (Histogram)

This function enables real-time monitoring of the stability of production processes.

This function visualize the status of equipment. Immediate improvement is possible by visually checking the distribution and monitoring alarms of process capability index.

Operational status monitor

The equipment operation status (operating, stopped, nonoperating) is displayed in a graph over time, and the status of the equipment is monitored in real-time.

Cylinder & cycle time monitor

This function measures the operating cycle time of the cylinder and equipment, and can be used for predictive maintenance and abnormality detection.

Measures the operation time and operation frequency, and performs the status monitoring and alarm monitoring using the set threshold.

Error sign inspection/ Error stop action

This function digitizes the troubleshooting and history of measures when an error occurs in equipment.

Registers the details of measures for each item so that they are displayed according to the error that occurred. Also, records the date of occurrence of the error and the details of measures.

Vibration analysis

Measures vibration of equipment and devices and performs frequency analysis to quantitatively grasp the current status and detect normal and abnormal conditions.

MT method

Utilizes the MT method^*2 to detect unusual conditions in equipment and devices.

By using the MT method, the deviation (Mahalanobis distance) from the usual data (normal data, etc.) can be quantified and the degree and sign of abnormality can be detected.

Waveform guard band monitoring

Creates a guard band (upper and lower limit thresholds) waveform based on the reference waveform and monitors the waveform shape of the input data. The created guard band waveform can be saved as a CSV file and can be read.

By monitoring the guard band, an error can be detected by waveform monitoring, which is difficult with simple threshold monitoring.

Equipment trouble Pareto chart

This function visualizes the occurrence of equipment trouble. By organizing and displaying the alarms that have occurred in a Pareto chart, the causes of trouble that are reducing production efficiency can be easily identified.

Control chart (Xbar-R)

This function enables real-time monitoring of the stability of production processes.
Immediate improvement is possible by visually checking the variations in quality with the Xbar-R control chart and monitoring alarms.

Loss time analysis

This function can be used to analyze 16 major losses and 7 major losses that reduce production efficiency.

It measures and displays the rate of downtime for each downtime factor of equipment in three formats: cumulative, time zone, and last 14 days.
