METALEX MARCH 2022, ASEAN's number one metallurgical machinery exhibition in 2022, will be held on 9 - 12 March 2022 from 10.00 - 18.00 at BITEC Bangna, booth BB01.
This time, Mitsubishi Electric joined the event. Ready to bring an army of solutions and sample kits to show at the grand event. For those entrepreneurs of industrial plants, both small and large to see the potential of Mitsubishi Electric's equipment and operating software as a solution for machining and metalworking solutions (including working in other ways comprehensively). It is powered by GENESIS64™ software solution of the future, IoT Monitoring and Control with real-time visualization enabling industry and business systems to intelligently manage system control, including four additional solutions and sample kits:
1. iQ Monozukuri "tool wear diagnosis for machine" for collecting IoT data in device analysis of the production system
2. Edge Computing Kit for collecting shop floor data in real-time and processing that data into useful information.
3. GENESIS64TM , the software of the future, IoT Monitoring and Control, capable of real-time visualization, enables industry and business systems to intelligently manage system controls.
4. The CNC Direct Robot Control function connects the robot to the controller, allowing the robot to move without the teaching box and easily manage data.
5. e-F@ctory starter package for analyzing equipment data in the production line and displaying the results on the GOT (HMI) screen, helping factories to adapt to the Smart Factory easier.
