Leakage กระแส can be measured for safety measures. Risks of electric shock are detected by monitoring leakage กระแส (Io).
The isolated state of equipment can be constantly monitored.
The resistive leakage กระแส (Ior) is measured to constantly monitor the deterioration of equipment insulation.
Two-stage warning is provided for each measurement item. Two-stage warning for each of leakage กระแส (Io) and resistive leakage กระแส (Ior) can be issued via program-less communication. The two-stage warning ฟังก์ชัน can be used to give a warning for calling for attention and a hazard warning.
One โมดูล can monitor two circuits. One โมดูล can monitor two circuits of power supplies of the same phase/wire ชนิด on the same system.

Measurement items
Leakage กระแส (Io) and resistive leakage กระแส (Ior)

• *1.The โมดูล can be connected directly to 110-V and 220-V power supplies. To connect to a 440-V power supply, an external voltage transformer (VT) is necessary. Leakage กระแส cannot be measured if voltage input is not provided.
• *2.Resistive leakage กระแส (Ior) can be measured on single-phase 3 สาย and three-phase 3 สาย delta circuits. On special circuits, such as three-phase 3 สาย star circuits, high-resistance grounding circuits and capacitor grounding circuits, only Io can be measured.

Early detection of insulation deterioration of production equipment

Ior method realizes constant monitoring of insulation deterioration of equipment

• With the conventional systems, such as inverter circuits with large capacitive leakage กระแส (loc), it has difficulty for insulation monitoring.
  The โมดูล is capable of measuring resistive leakage กระแส (lor) and removes the capacitive leakage กระแส then monitors the accurate leakage กระแส caused by insulation deterioration.
• Resistive leakage กระแส (Ior) is constantly measured even during operation of equipment. Signs of insulation deterioration can be detected without power interruption.

Leakage กระแส (Io) is affected by capacitive leakage กระแส (Ioc) of entire equipment.
Therefore, resistive leakage กระแส (Ior) measurement is effective in diagnosis of insulation deterioration.

■ Method of measuring leakage current (Io measurement and Ior measurement)

Ior	:	Leakage กระแส caused by insulation deterioration (resistive component in the leakage กระแส)
Ioc	:	Leakage กระแส (capacitive component of leakage กระแส) flowing even if insulation is in good condition
Io	:	Leakage กระแส obtained by synthesizing Ior and Ioc (vector synthesis)

• Capacitive leakage กระแส (Ioc) fluctuates in equipment with long wiring or equipment with inverter อุปกรณ์s and filters
